Product & Sizing

Do you offer half sizes?

Not yet. We currently offer full sizes only. If you wear a half size, we recommend sizing up for the best fit.

How should the boots fit?

Our boots are designed for all-day wear. They should feel snug but not tight. If you're between sizes in the 6' boot or clog, go up a size. If you're between sizes in the 12' boot, go down.

Are your boots waterproof or water-resistant?

They’re 100% waterproof from the sole up.

Can I wear them all day?

Yes. They’re built for wet conditions and designed for long wear.

Shipping & Orders

When will my order ship?

Our team ships Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm PT. Orders placed after 12pm are processed the following business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best. Email us ASAP at customerservice@thedrybrand.com with your order number and “CHANGE OF ADDRESS” in the subject line.

Missing your confirmation email?

Check your spam/junk folders, and double-check your email for typos at checkout. Still nothing? Contact us at customerservice@thedrybrand.com, and we’ll resend it.

Where’s my tracking info?

You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. It can take 24–48 business hours for the tracking number to activate after the carrier picks it up.

Need to cancel an order?

Once your order is in the system, we can’t make changes. But if it hasn’t shipped, reach out ASAP, and we’ll do our best. If it has shipped, we’ll help you return it once it arrives.

Delivered but not received?

If tracking says your package was delivered but it’s nowhere to be found, wait 24 hours (sometimes it’s marked early or left with a neighbor), then contact us.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

Items must be unworn and in original condition (indoor try-on only)

Packing must be in its original condition

Returns must be initiated through our online returns portal

Once initiated, we’ll provide a prepaid return label

A $9 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund

Refunds are issued after inspection

What counts as “unworn”?

Unworn items may be tried on indoors only. Items must show no signs of outdoor use, wear, odor, dirt, creasing, or damage, and must be returned in original condition with packaging.

How do I exchange for a different size?

Start an exchange through our Returns & Exchanges page using your order number and email or ZIP code. Select your new size or replacement, send the original item back with the prepaid return label, and we’ll ship the replacement for free.

Free exchanges are available for size or defects within 30 days of delivery. Items and packaging must be unworn and in original condition (indoor try-on only).

How do I start a return or exchange?

All returns and exchanges must be initiated through our Returns & Exchanges page. Once started, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and instructions.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect your return. Please allow a few business days after delivery for processing.

What if my item shows signs of use?

Items returned with signs of wear beyond indoor try-on are not eligible for a refund and may be returned to the customer at their expense.

What happens if my product doesn’t qualify for a return?

If a returned item doesn’t meet our return criteria (for example, it shows signs of wear beyond indoor try-on), it won’t be eligible for a refund.

In that case, we’ll contact you and ask that you provide a shipping label so we can return the item to you. If we don’t hear back, the item will be held for 14 days before disposal.

We’ll always reach out before taking any action.

Is the return shipping fee refundable?

The $9 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund and is non-refundable.
