Refund policy

Returns

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn and in original condition (indoor try-on only)
• Returns must be initiated through our online returns portal
• Once initiated, we provide a prepaid return label
• A $9 return shipping fee is deducted from the refund
• Refunds are issued after inspection

Condition of Returns
Items showing signs of wear, use, odor, or damage are not eligible for return and may be returned to the customer at their expense or held for 14 days before disposal.

Exchanges

• Free exchanges for size or color
• We cover shipping both ways on exchanges
• Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days

Final Sale

• Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange
